Recent visitors shows up on the main page and forum page, but the admin view gives this message:
Could not find any forum_thread_data files! Please tell the board administrator to Rebuild Forum Stat Files for forum: 0 (NUPG)
I have rebuilt the forum stats twice, plus cleared cache.
I'm running 6.2.1
What should I do? I rely on this to help me keep track of some troublemakers.

Reset the recent visitor record in the CP.

Okay, I just did that and still the same error message. I've tried rebuilding the forum stats a number of times, plus clearning the cache, plus resetting the visitor record, but no luck.
Totally stumped...have never had any problems with this feature before, and it's really crucial to me. (I have some real problem visitors and this is how I keep some track of them because they've made it their mission to try and disrupt)

I wish I understood what on earth happened here.
It seems to be working okay now...I turned off Recent Visitors for the night and when I got up and turned it back on this morning, it's working again.
