After a server crash, data restore, fubar UBB, thanks to LK and Charles, I fixed it. I had gotten an avalanche of email from members, and wanted to let everyone know the board was back up and running.

I've never mass mailed members before, so used that function. However, several of the email addresses were malformed. Not a huge problem...just had to go through the list and find all the exclamation marks.

The addresses would be something like [email protected]!om and name@charter!net

It was always an exclamation point inserted somewhere.

Is this something I can fix? What happened? I know it wasn't people's typos, because one of the addresses was my own. (I don't require verfication on registration)

I've never seen that before, did you find out what the problem was?

No, I just went through and fixed the addresses that were messed up. I never email members, and only did so to tell them the board was back up, so I'm hoping I'll never have to do it again.

Now if I could just help out my moderator who can't post. (Sep. thread under blank screen)
