I'm tempted to start my own team on my site, or how would you like it if I convinced everyone on my site to join me in joining your team?
they'd do it as they'd be doing me a favour!

We'd love for your site to join us. You would probably have better participation if you started your own team and maybe challenged a few other automotive sites to a mini-competition...

Either way, it's for a good cause.

Yeah Deb announced in the first thread about the avatars that you will get them after you have submitted your first result, and if you submit less than 5 results in one month you loose it. Also welcome abord wando.

Each registered user is eligible for their own Haxxor Avatar Level.

I don't think we are in a position to be able to combine user results, or permit sharing of points among members. UD provides some limited statistics, from which we are able to perform some calculations...such as the weekly stats (haven't been updated as I was out of town).

The best way to combine results from multiple computers it to do so with multiple devices associated with a single UD account. However, I doubt you would want multiple users sharing the same account, or being able to access the profile, etc.

In answer to your question about the levels. 10,000 points is required for Bronze, 25,000 for Silver and 50,000 for Gold. The typical user who runs the agent continuously may be able to reach Bronze in about 3 months, Silver in 6 months and Gold after 1 year. This can be accelerated by running the agent on multiple pc's.

The point of the levels is to reward those Team UBBDev Members who make a lasting contribution to the team, and not merely those who rack up as many points as possible. I'm approaching bronze level, and feel good knowing that 2+ months of work have gone in to achieving it.
