I have a problem i realy want to have my icon here for being a member of team ubbdev but i want to make my own team to try to rival other gaming board. How can i have my own team and still keep my icon here.

It is getting a lot bigger, thanks in part to Wando and his site helping out  If you have access to more than one team, you can easily have one support one team and the other another team.

if you've got two pc's you could run one on this team and one on your own, you have to be active on this team to keep your avatar here I believe

Then perhaps other guys(and gals) on here would encourage there members to join, we could then have sub teams, a more effective way to move up the ranks?
There has to be an incentive for people to do something sometimes!

You would also have to have two member names at UD. If you start a new team under your current name with UD, you will be a member of that team. That will automatically "retire" you from team UBBDev.
