For a couple of hours I had some mistakes in the available download of 3.5. For one, the images directory was gone. If you are upgrading, it is ok, because no new images were added. If you were installing, you will be missing all of your images. Also, I had the code in for the Featured site of the hour. This is around 618 of w3t.pm, which can just be removed if you have this. Otherwise you can just grab the new tarball or zip. Sorry about the messup.
