I appreciate the news that the prices will not be changing for us who use the forum for non-profit or education use. I can't thank you all enough for this superior script and the work that it does. Our group loves it, and would hate to think back to the days without it. It would be like jumping into a horse drawn wagon ut of my 2000 auto, know what i mean? Yeah to no more WWWBoard (no offense Matt, but talk about unfriendly[]/w3timages/icons/frown.gif[/]). Tony Browneller http://www.kickas.org

Isn't wwwboard fairly old? If so, that's like saying "MS DOS 2.11 is crap..." Having said that... I love w2k... so i agree with ya seb [:red]Sebastien Lahtinen [i][:white]www.chatsplat.com[] [email protected][/]

Yes WWWBoard is old, but it is easy to install, and free. We switched from WWWBoard to WWWThreads, and it is great! There really is no comparsion between the 2 forum scripts, but I have extensive experience with both. Tony Browneller http://www.kickas.org

I've got a routine that is 99% complete to do this. The only missing feature is that you can't reset the post numbers (i.e. 4027 in WebBBS would be 4027 in WWWThreads). However if you are populating a new installation of WWWThreads then this is not a problem because there are no pre-existing messages for the WebBBS messages to clash with. If you've got the time I'll send you a copy for you to finish off. My only request is that I get a mention in the header section as being the original author. The script is pretty fast and seems to be able to convert about a message a second. Let me know if you want to take it on. Simon Wolf, Webmaster, Access All Areas http://www.athree.com
