The stable release of 5.0 has been released along with an updated demo version. As stated in the previous post, everyone will want to upgrade to fix some security problems in the WWWThreads package.
If you have made extensive changes to your PRO version and are unable to upgrade to the latest version, then in the registered user's area you will find a file with instructions on patching your version to fix the security problems.
If you are running the demo version, you will want to download the updated version and use it instead.
Before upgrading to 5.0 you are also encouraged to backup your database with the instructions in the UPGRADING file if possible in case you run into any problems.
