Some time ago I recommended the German provider "BA Internet Services" (BAIS) for hosting the w3t-forum. At this time the support was excellent and everything worked well.
Things have changed since then. From my point of view now I can only recommend you not to chose BAIS. It is not possible to have a constructive conversation with them. The correspondence is not acceptable (not sure how to describe: on a really low level), so any cooperation is impossible. This is not only my experience, also other users have the same problems. Some are going to take a lawyer.
