I've had a user of my forum report that his representation of the forum is slightly larger than his screen size, meaning that he has to use the scroll bar at the bottom to view the right side of the screen about an inch worth.

Todate no one else had said anything, so I assumed it was something on his end.

Until I recently started seeing my user list screen doing the same thing.

Everytime I hit user list from the top menu my page one ends up slightly larger than my screen size. When I go to page two its back to being right., Back to page one, and too big.

Almost like it isn't picking up my screen resolution the right off the bat???

Scream,

This is getting to be a bit serious over here, I've now got three users reporting screen width problems.

Any ideas? for the most part it's a stock setup....

It sounds like maybe the tables are being stretched until any of the ICQ images load. If the user has a slow connection to the net then it might do this if the connection to the ICQ server is slow. Adding image sizes to the ICQ images would probably help this but I've been reluctant to do this in case ICQ changes this image.

Gotta run so I'll make this short...

I've got all of the ICQ stuff turned on in config.inc.php

I'm not a big fan of ICQ and didn't want to load the server's down.

One of the users is either running from a dsl line at home, or a t1 from work.

Gotta run...

Ciao
