not sure about the changelog, tho I've seen rick post in some places that public beta is due on the 19th, which is today []/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/]

To the best of my knowledge he's been updating it. Sometimes it's int eh first post, not the bottom one. Depends what he worked on. Look at all the edited dates under that first post in the log.
FYI, BR1 is in the Member Area now.
