It would be way cool to have sub forums, any chance in an upcoming version?

Sub forums? You mean like categories? Those are in now and you can organize your forums into groups by whatever criteria you like.

I think he means another level:

Categories >> Forums >> Threads

Categories >> Forums >> Subforums >> Threads

I can't visualize that. What exactly is a subforum? How would it differ from a subcategory?

it differs beacuse you could build boards in it:
category: UbbT v6, UbbT v5.5

boards in UbbT v6: Dev, Style, Design Integration


subBoards in UbbT v6>>Dev board: Mod suggiest, mod beta, mod completed


subBoards in UbbT v6>>Style Board: style suggiest, style beta, style completed


suboards in UbbT v6>>Design Integration :new scripts, suggestions.


In each subboards will go the new posts...it's a better way of organizing informations, specially if you have lots of boards...

Yep, right now we can have let's say local forum and then list out a forum for each of the fify states, well that would make for one long page! It would be cool to ONLY see one forum called local forums, then when you click on it the fifty state forums would appear, just like expanding a windows directory.

this is a forum that has threads listed as normal, but also has 2 sub-forums at the top that goes into their own thread listings

I would also like to see this instituted in threads. Yes I own VB also and like that feature. I hate to even say that in alot of ways Ubbthreads is playing catch up with feature content. Although threads is a tad faster.
