That is something that I guess would be popular and we've discussed.
I used to want that feature myself.
But then I realized that a message to each user would mean a duplicate entry in the database for each user.
Kind of a waste of resources.
Were it not for database load on large sites... i think it'd be cool.. as well as the ability to PM specific user groups... or multiple users (maybe with commas between names etc....)
