Hi all,
We are experiencing some SERIOUS volume (>300K page views/month) and the only way I can see this info is through the stats files generated by our host. Is there any clever way to capture this stuff and store it in the DB for easy display, say in the short stats pal?
Thanks!
Chris

Why not add an invisible counter on your page(s). We have banners to so that gives us our page count fairly easily. It undercounts a little but not enough to worry about.

Problem is page counters usually count "touches" rather than views... so you get bloated results due to spiders and such and images and such...
