anyway to switch from AM/PM display time to 24 hours ?
i live in europe and 24/day is what we use here ;P

You can specify the date format unter "edit theme..." in your admin panel.

There's also a function convert_time in ubbt.inc.php that handles formatting the time to be displayed. You can mess with that and set your own format if the ones provided do not match what you want.
edittheme.php could also be changed to match since it assumes the formats that are in convert_time.
