UBB.Developers Forums Community Development Programming Web Hosting A hosting dilema - advice?

I am currently with Verio and using one of their VPS accounts. I host three sites with three different domain names – two of the sites are very small personal sites, the other is a medium sized site with an extremely busy UBB.threads message board (between 40 and 80 users online at all times). This message board has hogged the resources on the poorly equipped Verio server and I am now looking to move. I am assuming that I need a dedicated server, but I don't have the knowledge to run my own dedicated server and I can't afford a trusted managed service.

I had two thoughts. First, I could move the two smaller sites to a reseller account somewhere and move the message board to another service. Only thing is, I don't know any good and cheap services for UBB.threads. My board always has between 40 and 80 members online. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Secondly, I could get one of the many $99 dedicated server deals out there and try to find a decent freelance server admin to manage the site for cheap. Any suggestions there?

I've been using virtual hosting from BlueGravity.com for a few years now, and have never had a problem. They host over 100 domains for me on a shared server, including two Threads installations, Photopost, and a dozen or so mySql databases for other purposes. I also run the "RetroStats" service which has been discussed here, and there's no server lag.

My 100 domains names, 1+ gig of storage, and 80 gigs of transfer cost me about $275 per month. I can count the minutes of downtime my sites have had in the last two years on one hand.

I've been with a number of hosting companies, and BlueGravity is really the tops in my opinion. I don't see any advantage for me to move to a dedicated server at this time, because I can't imagine the performance would be any better.
