I like this one a lot, too.
However, when I used your preview link, the ? mouseover was almost invisible because it is a black ? againt the dark background of the category background.
But on the live site, the ? graphic itself has a light background for the ? , so it's visible!
I assume your prview link is just using an older ? graphic?

Yes, I think on the real site I used a different ? graphic (with the background filled in).
