I'd definately go for the P4, you'll want the added CPU power with dymanic sites like threads.

what about Package wise? seems like Ensim comes with everything preloaded.. CPanel comes bare bones?

cpanel comes with all of that as well, it may have just not been listed the same. But even the basic install of cpanel will have all of that stuff ensim lists as well. And As far as control panels, I personally prefer cpanel over ensim as far as administering a server with it.
