I wouldn't recommend you use bouncy iamges for hot topics. If you have a lot of them, that'll be SO annoying!

And I agree the bouncy one would not be good for a hot topic, u might have to add a warning for epilepsy if u used the flashing one also. Unless you are planning on selling mail order headache tablets these are not meant for major use on the ubb just as for a little fun.

More message icons isn't a hack. Just name some images accordingly and pout them in the icons folder. UBB will add them automatically.

name them icon20.gif, icon21.gif, icon22.gif etc
