I am thinking about doing a mod to the word censor function. what I would like to do is, rather then having a list of banned words, I would like to have a list of words, along with a replacement word. So, for example, if someone used the "s word" in their post, the "s word" would be replaced with "poo-poo" or soemthing like that.

Can anyone point me to the files I would need to modify. I admittedly have not "peaked under the hood" of Threads to any great extent. I have in my mind how it could be done, but will probably spend just as much time finding where to edit as I will actually editing. Any know where the censor function is located? Or have any of you done this, or something similar?

Censoring is done in addpost.php and modifypost.php
