Hello,
I am currently running Threads 6.4.2 with one mod: The Integrated Index Page Mod (very cool). The IIP version I'm running is 5.4.5
Question - If I want to upgrade to UBB.t 6.5b, will I need to back out the IIP mod, do the upgrade, then install the newer version of IIP?

basically yes. be careful of what IIP box ya have opened because we haven't optimized the IIP yet for the new version BUT it will work.

open them all that ya want and just look at speed of load on that front page. some with slower or shared servers report a slowness. I have no issues.
