I used them a few years back, the UK side of the operation.
Wasnt impressed, poor customer service and high prices.

Ditto - also used to use them several years ago in the UK - they were fine when they were known as http://www.rapidsite.co.uk/ but they went downhill once they became Verio - was with them for a few years from the mid 90's. Now run my own servers so have moved on....
Fans Focus - Focusing on Fans of Sport (Okay - mainly football (the British variety  at the moment - but expanding all the time....)
