attached was a message.zip with the beagle virus.. I was like wha?? I am the Management of Calvert.cc.. I can't be sending myself letters without my knowledge... So watch out for these emails..

I got that same message today - from the JoshuaPettit.com team.

And considering that I am the whole company, not to mention I own the whole server - I was pretty saddened to know that they had suspended my email account.

I own the hosting company and my email is unavailable unless I run the attached virus. That sucks.

a buddy of mine got something similar from what appeared to be ebay....

I'm glad I have my firewall scan incoming email. I just see deleted.txt for all thses bogus attachments.

I got the same type of thing from [][email protected][/] it was worth a good chuckle.

Do you have any idea how many times a day I get a similar email from [][email protected][/] to [][email protected]?[/]

Let me give you a hint. It is 11:00 am and I have 2083 emails to an address that doesn't [][email protected][/], 241 spam emails to me, 6 viruses quarantined, and 315 new incoming legit emails.

I will admit the first time I got one of those it really made me pause and scratch my head.

Yeah, it's just depressing - I try to behave myself, yet the joshuapettit.com team seems to want to take away my email.

Although if I didn't have that email address - I'd surely have alot more free time.

Nav, you should take a vaction. Then you could spend a week catching up with your email.

This email is funny...until it gets sent to a user and they send you a panicked email...then its hilarious. I've got a single email address that forwards out to all of my users. I am just waiting for that to get hit. Won't that be a fun day. Maybe I should send out a warning email...but, nah, I'll burn that bridge when I get there.

My wife got the same one from my domain. I'm glad I could delete it before she could open it up.
