How can I add a welcome box or text above the forum? Like here on UBBDev.
I am guessing I will need to edit a file, if so, which one and what code would I add to create it?

Control Panel > General
Category & Forum Page Settings > Show Community Introduction
then modify the Community Introduction fields as desired
