i'm encountering the same problem that Gamer is getting, on version 5.45 i've went over every thing i installed and still get the server area, and also have the permissions set correct

can anyone help me?

but here is your error that only display image

on your code you have this &random=$RandomNumber
in it that why you can only see the image.

try replace that and see it.

Are you going to make a new file that has all the fixes. I backed up my files so i just restored the forum to its original form. I'll just wait till you do or i can send you them! Either way is all good i like to learn new things!

Hmmm i just notice something.

If i change ubbim to UBBIM i get an 500 ISE and if i take a look in the error log it says
"Can't find string terminator '"' anywhere before EOF at ubb_library2.pl line 908."

Hi Marti, can you explain what you mean by popup "And the popup don´t open!" are you talking about Private popup or IM popup.

well tell you that is another hack that
i have not install, that one call pmpopup
when you get a message, i only install pmpopup for the Ultimate.cgi not for the forumdisplay.cgi there is one for forumdisplay.cgi but i have not install then yet.

so it not an error, so it not relate to ubonline

Ah! My first *big* self-created mod!

Marti.. the screenshot problem is a result of a problem in 3.5 PMs, rather than the IMs, per se.

I'm confused at the millions of errors, is there a specific problem I can try and help with? I've got a huge list of "must be fixed"s for IMs. They were only released in sub-alpha, with next to no testing.

If you can read this, you're posting too close!

The problems with the message from "Yes" happen when someone types a message in the pop-up and hits "enter" to go to a new line... the carriage return in the message gets converted to another message from user "Yes" and title "1" with whatever was typed on the new line placed into the url of the new message... you will get another message for each time you do this...

send yourself one here with a couple of carriage returns and see what happens...

type a message in an IM to yourself and hit "enter" to go to a new line in that message, then type more... you'll see what I mean.

try it again without hitting "enter", no more problem.

borg, the bug with NS trying to download the UBonline.cgi file is the first one needing fixed, the bug with the "extra message" from user "Yes" is the second... will be a huge help....

Can someone please put out the (WHOLE) fixed version of this hack. All of this running errors back and forth isn't really helping. It's just confusing the situation more thanks

the UB Istant message have lot of bug right now it under develpment and fixing the bug. if u want try the bug version. but don't blame me for it. or wait till all the bug fix.

Since my files are a bit different than yours Allen, I would suggest that you just do the fix to the downloadable copy. Sorry to sound like everyone else that has borg's files, but there's a bit of a difference between the two...

I'll see what borg says about going from two sets of files to one, because its hard going through two different sets.
