I went through the code in detail last night... 6.0x's code is not yet ready for either of those hacks - it would require an incredible ammount of work for both me to create and for you to install and follow - so much that it would not be worth the time of creating at the moment.
These are officially on the backburner until 6.1.0 is out.

Instead of sticky topic, how about an administrative option to Bump a topic back to the top ?

wouldn't that be useless keeping a topic a the top and being able to bump it up there if you want your users to see something why not put it in the forum intro where they see it and not a post.

Some people do not read but just certain forums tho.
For Example: on this board, I just read the UBB V6 forums, so if there is an 'NOTICE' post in an other forum, I would not see it.
