Say just exactly how do you edit the hiarcy in such a way that the boxes that pop up don't pop up just anywhere, because i downloaded the java code and it doesn't quite work for me. It really just pops up wherever the mouse rolls over too, not just in that stuck up format.

I always thought it was DHTML not JavaScript.

dhtml, a combo javascript/html doo-hickey.  We got ours from www.webreference.org/dhtml/
