I have a question:

When you register, even you enter a fake email address, the record will be added in the database, rite?

So, what if an user keep registering with fake accounts, anyway to block them?

not really... IP based solutions are easy enough to fool, and thats pretty much the only other way to go.

use email verification so the eeejit can't use fake email addresses... they can't spam if they don't recieve their password.
