today's actice topics is a nice feature in UBB. I use it every time. But it will reset on 0:00 and you will miss lots of messages.
Now my suggestion: Controled by CP it should give an option to switch the today's view to last 24h (configurable) view. This will held you up-to-date.

Thanks, not recognized by me. I check it right now and it seems to work, but I can't find any option in CP to switch back to old style. Iss there a point in CP and I m to stupid to find it ?

There are no control panel controls for this - it's built in as part of 6.4 There are a few tweaks in ubb_lib...
