Looks nice, but there is a LOT of blank space. You've got a really great logo image already in the actual UBB portion of the page, so the top one is kinda redundant (and not nearly as good).
Also, you might want to trim the left menu bar to be narrower... it looks pretty weird when the width of the blank space is triple the width of the actual text.
