i want to know how they did that text effect in the "boards" part of it, can someone help me please? i need to know HOW to do it

sorry about that teaser i made above, i was in a rush so i just used my sketch of the calgary skyline, (hence the calgary tower) and used the toad rip from mk64 as the texture for the text.
