Well, my dad changed the password, so I have no way of getting into the CP.

How would I go about getting the new password? I don't know where the CyberSitter files are stored, so I can't do that, already did a search for them.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Just my $.02 here, but since generally those babysitter things are put in place for a reason, and since we're usually not in the bidness of helping people access the dark side of the net here, maybe you'd be better off trying to find it out on some other site...

I mean, if you're trying to access a legitimate site that is being blocked by the program, just explain that to your dad and he'll probably understand. But if you're young enough for your parents to think you still need a babysitter, then the majority of the blocked sites are illegal for you anyway.

Um, f00. Wow, I sound like such a parent, don't I?

Oy, I don't visit those sites. Not into that kinda stuff... yet.

I just want it to not send all the log files to my dad's e-mail address. It bothers me because he can see all the websites I visited that day, which is an invasion of my privacy, no?

I know where the log files are stored, and I delete them every so often, but the program said that it sends a list of sites I visited AND the log files, so I don't know.

Thanks.

If you are under 18, living in your parents home and they support you and your internet connection then it's not invasion of privacy. I guess since I'm a father of 4 boys I have a different view on these things but I believe I have a clear view.

In the UK that'd be at the age of 16, after that then it would be an invasion of privacy! wink

We dont wanna be jerks (some of us anyways..) so you can navigate through the registry and delete the keys that keep the program working, which MIGHT have its password. Or just ask you dad to remove it... Sorry.

I wouldn't recommend editing your registry if you don't know what your doing at least.
