Ummm, I upgraded my UBB License to gold; our members hit 2k again (after the move last year i didn't keep anything (started off from scratch)...

I got married in April to a girl I'd been seeing on and off for 4 years...

I got vasnickered on Jose Chervo... Bought some DVD's, worked for a large graphic arts software manufacturer (cant say which, but take a guess).

Can't think of much more lol... How about you Taka?

The take down and capture of Saddam Hussein and the Columbia loss are respectively the greatest successes and failures of the year.

We also lost a lot of great people this year; Fred Rogers, Gregory Peck, Katharine Hepburn, John Ritter, Senator Daniel Moynihan, Senator Paul Simon, Isser Harel, David Brinkley, Nina Simone, Barry White, and Warren Zevon, to mention a few.

Personally, I really didn't have any notable news or achievements. My most memorable even is also my saddest. I lost my grandmother in August. We were very close and I miss her deeply.

Well, I celebrated my 1 year wedding anniversary in July. My wife keeps wanting to move to Seattle (where we went for our honeymoon) but that can be a whole other story.

My kittens have grown up into cats. They are 1 1/2 and 15 months old and love to terrorize the house.

I also have a brief scare with my grandmonther and her health within the last month.

Oh, also (now reading the end of sub's message), we had a brief scare with my grandfather in July, he almost drowned at our family reunion, thank god my cousin noticed, my sister and I were on the opposate side of the dock swimming so we couldn't see him... I swam a lot faster after i saw my cousin pulling him out of the water...

You've mentioned most of the ones that I had thought of actually. I hope that 2004 can bring stability and *peace* to the Israel and Palestine situation.

Personally, my wife and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. On Dec. 10th I celebrated my 3rd year of sobriety (2 years of non-smoking coming in Feb.) and I left a position as the Manager of Engineering worldwide for the world's largest provider of computer training and accepted an offer as Sr. Network/Systems Engineer for a top 50 Microsoft Gold Partner.
