I currently use Hispeed.com and am VERY unhappy at this point. I also use everyone.net for email so I had them update the mx record to point to it. Well, a little over a week ago they updated their servers and changed all the mx records back to the default values. They fixed that after a day, so I was fine with that. I (or the 1500 plus email users on my site) have not been able to get incoming email since because they have not removed my domain name from the alias list in their sendmail program. When I called customer support (after numerous emails) one guy (I wish I would have taken his name) replied with "you are using everyone.net services so what does this have to do with us?).
So I had to explain to 'tech' support what it had to do with them and how to fix it (twice now). They have not done it yet. The money generated by ads in my email have paid for my hosting and even my UBB license so I am really losing on this deal...
In all fairness, I have had a couple good transactions with their customer support but it is about the same amount as the bad.
Anyway, sorry for running on.
I have just had it with them.
has anyone used
http://www.readyhosting.com ? Seems to be a good deal but I would like to hear from someone about their experience with them.
