Okay, I've used F2S, but it frequently screws up and goes down. So I wanna change. I don't like Hypermart or VirtualAve, cuz they have banners. I need a good, free server. I don't have a domain name, so I need one that gives you sub-domains or directories. I would prefer it if it did't come with banners. I need FTP and CGI. I don't want any cost involved.
