f2s = Iv heard good things about them I dont know many details.
netfirms = popups and alot of advertising (but works (sometimes))

F2s is quite good for free hosting, but why would you have free hosting?
You're better off with a paid host I tell you, and if you can affort an ubb, you can also affort a webhost

DK3 =Has alot of features, no ads and it's pretty fast.

I think dk3.com has the best free web hosting offer although they don't allow domain hosting. And they're servers are down right now due to an upgrade.
