My actual provider can't support my boards anymore. I have over 4000 members and 500.000 page views each month. It is too slow to support this big board. Can anyone point me a FAST server with OC3 connections, reliable and cheap?

Well, you'll have to provide a little more info from your previous host.

1. What version of UBB are you using?
2. How much bandwidth were you previously/currently using?
3. How much hard drive space are you using?
4. What kind of server were you on previously.

Number 4 above can tell us a lot. If your previous host had an "ultimate" server then you probably need a dedicated server.

Which brings me to my last question, are you looking at shared server solutions or dedicated server solutions?

well, my actual server is connected with an OC3 connection. Althought, it has been decreasing it quality day by day.

I'm running UBB 6.04e, and i don't upgrade too soon, because i took almost 3 months to set up all the boards and all the hacks correctly. it took too much time of my work...

I had 150 MB disk quota
10 PoP3 email accounts
Unlimited bandwith
Running Linux Slackware
Telnet and FTP access
and i actualy pay 1500 PTE (portuguese money), about $7 USD/Month

I need some server with a nice control panel, nice support, fast server and fast CPU's, running on LINUX or *BSD, with TELNET(ssh) and FTP access.

Any suggestion? I won't pay more than about 25 USD/Month for 150/200 MB
