The only good one that I know of is Netfirms . Not much space (25MB), but if you just want to get the UBB up this place is pretty good.

f2s.com is ok, you can get a UBB running on it alright, but it's really really slow.
No ads though, that's always a plus.

I actaully paid for the 100MB one and that thing was so slow it would error out the ubb. D'OH.
I stayed less than two days and got my money back minus the 10 dollars cover fee.

Spaceport's is always a good host for me! Just right now they are having a minor problem . .. 1 banner but thats only on html (I think) . . . and 5 gb's of bandwidth thats not bad!

I offer free hosting with all the cgi/perl/php etc. View this for more information. P.S - SMTP is not enabled for obvious reasons. Also if you plan to run a UBB you must prove somehow you have a valid UBB license.
And so another year begins...

Yep, But originally I did host some sites with php/mysql. Now I followed the instructions and set up cgi/perl
And so another year begins...
