It's owned by SBC so it's a major player but they offer UNLIMITED bandwidth with each plan?? What the hey??

No such thing as Unlimited Bandwith. It's just an advertising scheme.

It's not really, though. The host simply doesn't cap off your site's bandwidth allotment, and voilà, unlimited bandwidth.
