Looking to find a cheap host that will provide a low volume bbs. It will be my first site and I'm not sure if it will take off or not. I would like to keep the initial investment down. Something basic at first but scalable if site is successful. I definitely have a lot to learn and sort of don’t know were to begin. Appreciate any help.
