Which would everyone here consider to be the greatest host, that isnt more than $20 a month?

It depends what you're looking for in a server. Do you need Perl? PHP? MySQL? Anything else you'd need?

Perl, php ,and MySQL, I just wanna know the best with pretty much everything and a good price.

IP has a good plan for ~$20 and so does digitalprinceton... check them both out
