It might be easier to move to UBB.threads since it's a database type forum as well.

Just a thought. wink
Hi Stilgar,

I don't like UBB-Threads..... eek

Hello Allen,

you have a PM smile
your pm inbox is full smile
Hello,

now the pm inbox is empty smile
YAML is the answer!

What product are you moving from?
Hi Charles,

I don't think you know the product, it is ower own : UFB (Ultimate-Fun-Board) http://www.ultimate-fun-board.de
Believe it or not, I've heard of that one before. They've done a decent enough job of using our graphics without bothering to ask...

Regardless, it's just a matter of building the YAML definition file for the database. Hopefully it's sane enough to import.
Ooooooooops, what graphics does we use without asking you? eek
I'd say all the icons (i.e. http://www.ultimate-fun-board.de/board/iconz/icon1.gif ) and the smilies (i.e. http://www.ultimate-fun-board.de/board/smilies/smilie_24.gif )
Sorry, but all these Icons you can find at 1000 of smilie-sites at the web, no one knowes the copyright of these smilies and icons... bigshock and by the way, no one from Infopop (Grouppe) has told as until yet, that these smilies and icons are copyright-protected by them....

But @ charles if that is so, can we use that smilies and icons ore have we to use other ones?
I'm not sure about the smilies, but the icons were developed specifically by Infopop.
I believe the smilies were developed for them by some person who's site I've been to once. But yeah, IP owns the right to them
Hmmm, I'am sorry about that, I hope they are not so angry about us.... frown
All of our icons were created by a contractor specifically for us. They are not public domain, but our property.

(The graemlins are another matter that I need to investigate... I do not believe that they are public domain either.)
Hello Charles,

we are creating our own smilies and icons at this time, is that ok for you when we delete your smilies until friday , or have we to delete they now?

Thanks
