Basically, I need a forum selection page. So users never go to ubbthreads.php or the categories list they just go to a sorting list. I want them to select a State and Name and if there are two schools with the same name... Zip Code. ...I need the Admins to be able to update it.
I'm not sure if this even works with PHP but I thought it was worth a try.
Also, if this doesn't make any sense, I'm sorry it's 2 AM and I've been trying to do it with ASP for a couple hours now. Just PM me for more info or with a price etc.
