Ok if it could be done on a VBulliten board, then there has to be a seperate php script somewhere for this function.

Ive also seen it using ASP's xml stuff, yet on all the resources sites I come out with blanks for a php version.

? Why would you need it in php? It's already built-in as part of the base code...

I was intending to use it for web pages.

Well, the concept is actually pretty simple and easy to implement on your own. All you have to do is format the content from your database with a different template.
