I know how to get the left nav bar.. I think its in the Header and footer.. but what i want to know is how i can get the top bar, and bottom, and if possible a right bar.. Does anyone know how?

How is this different from the right side nav bar? There is a table on the right, and tables on both the top and bottom, all you have to do is put in them whatever you like for links or graphics. The tutorial can't explain it any simpler...
