I still can't get the nav bar to work what can I do to make it work?

you have to go into your cp under General Settings.
you will see a Header box and a Footer box.
everything has to go in them two boxs.
if you go to this url https://www.ubbdev.com/tutorials/rightnav.txt then view source on it then you will see it says and then it says that is what has to go into the header box. then the footer will got in the footer box.

if you do not know how to do html then you might as well forget in unless you know someone that can do it for you.
