I have the Forum Categories listed on the front page, because we have over 100+ forums. So I think that way it would make it easier for our visitors to surf around.

Well I was wondering how to incorporate the Private Messages and Who's Online hack onto that page.

I believe that if you install them they will show up on all the category and forum display pages. I have a similar setup to yours with Who's Online installed. Main category listing here: http://www.gamerforums.net/cgi-bin/ubb/Ultimate.cgi

One of the forum listings here: http://www.gamerforums.net/cgi-bin/ubb/Ultimate.cgi?action=intro&category=10&BypassCookie=true

Shows up in both places, and all the other in between...not including, or course, thread display. Nothing special done, just installed it. I would recommend backing up and installing it just to see. Or pose the question in UBB Mod Questions as well.
