Instant Graemlins & Instant UBB Code Removed ??

Is there a way that I can remove both Instant Graemlins & Instant UBB Code tables well I mean I know I can disable the Instant Graemlins ala smile settings but I want to know is there a way to disable the instant ubb code and I also want to add View Smiles or something believe the:
HTML is no enabled
UBB Code is enabled part how would I do that also?
