How do I display current active topics on the main page of my web site? I've seen such a feature on this site. I'd like to have a list of about 5 topics that would link directly to those in the forum.

Damn. When I read the future enhancements, I read those as current features.
So it doesn't support 6.1x yet I now see. That sucks. Believe it or not, I was pretty psyched up about that hack.

That's, um, not a hack. Just a way of playing with tables in your Header & Footer fields of the style templates. Look up Allen's (and others') tutorials on Design Integration in our database for more info on that kind of stuff.

Charles has a nice one (active topics) already made for 6.1 I imagine he'll be releasing sometime this week... I've seen the beta and it works real well
That's all I thought it entailed, sans hacking. However, over on UBBDesign I had posted, asking about this feature, and the moderator/admin replied that it was a hack and that UBBDesign does not promote or support hacking UBB.
I'll check out ActiveTopics if it becomes available. I've got the perfect spot for this "teaser" stuff on my site.
