I'm not exactly sure which page you're talking about, but I think it's either public_forum_summary.pl (main forums homepage) or public_forum_page.pl (thread listing). Those will be in your NonCGI/Templates directory. Open them up with a text/html editor and go at it. You'll just have to edit/add the width="XX%" attributes to the table cells in question.

thanks a lot for the help .......
but i can't figure out how to resize the horizontal length of the new topic icon cell on the main page and in the forum page
for example :- i wanna rezize the cell next to(on left side) the smile on my post
i hope u can explain me what to do ..
