I wondering how to add a flash banner (.swf) to replace my existing .jpg banner at http://www.iroc-zpost.com

Right now, this is the script that I'm using to display the banner in the html header insert via the control panel.

hardcoding it is the way you'd have to go, but you can completely replace the default banner in public_common.pl in the templates directory.

Thanks. I couldn't find the public_common.pl in the templates directory. Heck, couldn't even find the templates directory.

It should be /ubb/Templates/public_common.pl
